Comments: The first couple of times we tried this video with my 3 and 7-year olds, we had a difficult time following the steps. The camera angle sometimes leaves off the feet so you're not sure what the steps are. I just had my kids wing it with whatever animal we were doing. That at least got them moving. After a few tries, they've been able to get the moves. Now they ask for the video several times a week.

Summary: My kids are exercising!
Comments: Our whole family is a little out of shape, and we all need to exercise. It gets very hot here, so we don't do a lot of strenuous outdoor activities. I workout with videos, but the ones I use are frequently too complicated for my kids. I have tried several of the workout videos designed for children and this is by far the best. It is entertaining enough to keep their focus, while encouraging them to get up and move. The exercises are demonstrated by the actors in the stories, so that there is only one or two people whose whole bodies are clearly visible, instead of various closeups of groups of kids seen in most other children's fitness videos. It is the first one my kids have actually wanted to get up and follow, and they actually ask to play it without any outside encouragement!

Comments: What a terrific idea and terrible execution.! The exercises were difficult for children to follow, poorly shot and it looked as if the kids in the video couldn't follow the moves either. The production values are cheap - the styles are from the 80's and the entire production seemed to be taped in someone's living room. An awful tape - we are looking to sell ours!

Comments: All parents should see this video. This video lays out things that parents and kids should know. I was very impressed with the message that was delivered, and then the overwhelmed with the children's abductions statistics. The ended self-defense section was a very nice touch.
For children's safety information, and self-defense tips, this is the video I recommend to all parents.

Comments: My oldest daughter loves this video so much. When the weather is bad I know she can still do some exercise and what a fun way to do it. She is getting better and better at the poses and it is presented in such a non-threatening way that she doesn't mind that she isn't as flexible of some of the kids on the video. I highly reccomend it. I enjoy doing the video with her, and my 4 year old is starting to do the poses as well.
