Comments: I have been searching for a workout for so long now that would help me tone my legs without adding so much mass...well this video definitly toned my legs, adding 2 inches to my thighs..I cant fit in my jeans now! The aerobic part of it is a lot of confusing jumping around. I tried it twice, and now I just do the toning part...I combine this video with quick callanetics hips/behind...I must say the toning part is actually 'fun', and I enjoyed it...but i want a leaner look. I have been dieting also, so its not like ive been pigging out and wandering why the hell i got bigger thighs...If you are serious about losing weight, and creating a leaner look, TRY Body Flex by Greer Childs...I lost 40 lbs over the course of 3 -4 months doing this...Now im down to a weight that my body enjoys...but i do not...I still want to lose.

Summary: It Worked!
Comments: I gradually gained fat after I became 40, and tried Callanetics and several Pilate videos but they did not work on me. In addition, they were too boring.
NY City Ballet WO was fairly good (for its gracefull atmosphere and to get good posture) but neither worked on my fat.
But this one worked!
I did it only 10 times in recent two weeks, and my waist became two inches smaller and my tummy is getting flat!
In addition, I feel energized (not exhausted) when I do this video so I believe I can continue doing it until I regain my best shape.
Thanks Donna for your cheerful and effective workout!

Comments: This video is a little slow for intermediate to advanced exercisers. You don't really sweat that much, and it's kind of along the lines of "Sweatin' to the Oldies." If you like this sort of thing, then this is the workout for you. If you enjoy more fast pace aerobics that will get you sweating, try her "30 days to thinner arms and abs."

Comments: This is a fun, hig-energy, bouncy work out with a very smiley bunch of gals! I love that you can rotate workouts for Mon, Tues + Wednesday. I really love the mambo workout. However on the down side you have to learn very fast to keep up with the dance moves and when it comes to the stretches just keep the remote control handy to keep pausing it to actually have time to stretch.

Comments: I found the warm up to be horrible, I wasn't sure exactly what I was watching or what I should be doing, and it made no sense. There was no cool down session after jumping around and performing "Attitude Aerobics". You certainly have to have some form of an attitude to do this tape. I found the music dated, and it did not motivate me to want to continue execerising. The moves are done at a quick speed and are repetitive, also you are not sure what exercise is supposed to work which body part. I own other tapes by Donna Richardson that I truly enjoy, however this tape was not quite the workout I was hoping for.

Comments: i began this tape 9 weeks ago and within this time span i have lost 17 pounds. doing the tape at a gradual pace from seqeunce 1-2 and 3-4 and concentrating on toning. i work out with the tape every other day sometimes more and eat a balanced diet and drink 6-8 glasses of water. pick up the tape, it's perfect!

Comments: I'm a big fan of Donna Richardson and this video was the first video from her collection that I bought. I actually firmed my arms and abs within 30 days! I use the video every chance I get. Donna Richardson is a great motivator and I would really love to follow in her steps one day.

Comments: This is the best step workout I have ever owned. I am trying to get another that compares, but I still haven't found it. Donna has a great way of keeping you motivated by using cool moves on the step. My favorite aspect of this tape is that you use the step both horizontally and vertically. Donna's ab workout is also the most effective I have ever seen. This workout makes me feel so happy when I complete it. Thanks Donna, I want to see more just like this one!

Summary: Great moves, but too short!
Comments: I bought this video because I love Donna Richardson's other videos and thought I would give this one a try. Although the moves are funky and fun, each segment is only about 7 to 8 minutes long making her segment only about twenty minutes long. I barely break out a sweat! I wish her segment was a bit longer. The taichi warm-up and yoga cooldown are very slow moving and quite boring, they also don't seem to match with Donna's style. For a great workout try Donna Richardson's three-day rotation which includes circuit toning, kick boxing and a dance workout.

Summary: A nice series of 4 short, time-saving workouts.
Comments: This is a nice exercise program for anyone looking for short workouts in each of the following four areas: arms and shoulders, hips and thighs, buttocks, and abdominals. The upper body section contains traditional exercises for each of the major muscle groups, while the hips and thighs section adds some unique twists to the usual squats and lunges. The buttocks program is tough, and I especially liked the abs section, which again contains unique variations of traditional moves. Donna is an enthusiastic instructor who sometimes goes a little over-the-top, but mostly, she acts as a motivating workout buddy. This tape would be very appropriate for beginners or anyone else looking to incorporate short workouts into their fitness schedule.
