Comments: I am 54 years old and had been a heavy smoker for over 30 years. With Dr. Shipley's Quit Smart Program, I have been a Non-Smoker for over 5 weeks. I sleep better, my smoker's cough is gone, and my sinuses have cleared up. The Book, the Tape, and the Cigarette Substitute are all very helpful. Dr. Shipley's "Brand Switching" technique was especially important prior to my Quit Date. The book gave me great insight on why I smoked, and the tape has helped me remain a non-smoker. I highly recommend his approach!

Comments: Side one is a meditative relaxation focused on positive body image. The voice over is a woman, very soothing. Side two is the same subliminal messages hidden under relaxing piano music. It's very easy to fall asleep to.

Comments: I met the author in Oregon and spoke to him at length about hypnosis and his weight loss program. He was very helpful and sincere and supportive of my weight loss needs. I have tried many other weight loss hypnosis programs from Amazon and was hesitant about getting another. He gave me the confidence to purchase this tape and it's worked! So far I have lost 17 pounds and I feel better about myself than I have in years. I highly recommend this product and will keep you up to date on how much I ultimately lose.
