Summary: Very helpful guide to self hypnosis!
Comments: This book is very readable and informative about hypnosis. I learned a great deal about the topic and found the descriptions interesting. But most importantly, I was able to use the clear exercises to hypnotize myself and make the changes I wanted. The tape was especially helpful and also very relaxing. I highly recommend this book and tape!

Comments: Learn to interpret your sense of intuition. This CD will help you understand that "gut feeling" and more accurately recognize those feelings. Ms. Decker's soothing voice will not only relax you, but will bring a very calm and peaceful feeling. This CD has helped me to trust my intuitive sense. Everyone should try this! I have bought and listened to other work by Ms. Decker and I highly recommend her hypnotherapy CD's.

Summary: Very Tranquilizing
Comments: I have tried without much success to learn meditation; what generally happens to me is that I fall asleep. I really do need to relax however, and these cds are just what the doctor ordered. Ms.Decker's voice is quite soothing - and there's no music in the background to distract you from the sound of her voice. The content is very basic - how good it is to relax and how easy it is to relax - and better yet there's a roadmap of how to remain calm and focused during the times you need it. I would have said that I was the last person on earth who would be a suitable candidate for hypnosis, but after listening to this particular cd every day for a week I am convinced that it has made a major difference in my life and further that it is easier for me to obtain good results by using hypnosis rather than meditation. A further note: there are two 30 minute sessions on this cd - both are equally good.

Summary: The relieve stress tape was great
Comments: I found this tape stashed away in a relatives closet, when we were cleaning. It was mixed with some other tapes made by Dr. David Illig, but it was well worn. She gave it to me, and I've been using it since. It works great! I was hoping to get another, because this one is so worn out, but its not being manufactured anymore. I hope it makes a comeback, along with some of the other tapes I would like to order from Dr. Illig.

Comments: This CD was fantastic and I couldn't recommend a better one than this one. Janet is very effective and very good. She takes you through step by step and is very precise as to what you need to accomplish in the CD. I wish that I could thank her personally for making such a helpful Hypnotic CD. I would recommend this to everyone I know who would like to get in touch with loved ones that have crossed over and for those who want to get in touch with their spirit guides.

Comments: This two part CD is extremely interesting and totally relaxing to listen to. The first part brings your mind and body together as one. It is a nice prelude to the second part of the CD. The second part of the CD allows you to consider other alternatives theories to our existence and our capabilities as humans on this plane, we call earth. It also gives you an appreciation of the beautiful world surrounding us and the ultimate joy and calm it can hold for each of us, if we just take the time to develop the consciousness to enjoy it. This CD is a wonderful, peaceful interlude to the hectic pace of our lives today.

Comments: The cassette version has Louise Hay explaining about self-esteem and subliminal technology on the A-side, followed by the music and audible affirmations. On the B-side, all you can hear is the music. Yes, the phrases do sound a bit childish, but that is exactly what the subconscious mind responds to - simple positive statements delivered in a warm and friendly voice. Since self-esteem or the lack thereof lies at the root of many psychological problems, this is a great place to start in a programme of self-improvement. Hay is an expert in the field and is blessed with a very comforting voice. Listening to this cassette does work if you are consistent about it. What is even more effective, is when you memorise some of the affirmations and repeat them to yourself, silently in your mind, throughout the day. No cutting-edge brain entrainment methods (such as metronomes) are used here, but her reassuring voice makes up for that. Give it a try!

Summary: Great tape for anyone...too bad it's not out on cd.
Comments: My review will be somewhat biased because Louise Hay is one of my heroes. Get this tape, but also get her book, You Can Heal Your Life (which also includes Heal Your Body, giving mental causes for all types of physical illness). I listen to this tape anytime I am out of balance, have a migraine, or am just plain tired and weary. The music is calming and far better than that of most motivational/self-help/subliminal tracks. I wish Hay House would release more of Louise's work on cd; the last time I checked only the Self-Esteem subliminal and Atmospheres and Affirmations were available on cd (Amazon has both). P.S. there is no need for a written script: on side A Louise gives the affirmations, and side B is subliminal and one hears only the soothing music. ALL IS WELL IN MY WORLD.

Comments: I have several meditation/relaxation tapes and this is by far my favorite. I like it so much I got rid of some of my others! This tape is soothing, relaxing and wonderful. Michael's voice is deep and fabulous. Each time I listen to the tape, something new reaches me and I continue to learn and benefit from it, it's not just the same thing over and over.

Summary: Improve your concentration
Comments: I bought this tape for my son because he was not doing well in school. His tests showed he had the ability but did not apply himself or show attention to detail or concentrate. After listening to it every day for 3 weeks and then 2 -3 times a week for 20 minutes his grades did improve and his teacher stated he was showing more effort. I believe this helps whether it is the suggestions or just the calming effect in our kids hectic lives it does work. I have even tried it and the calming effect is great. Try it you will see!
