Comments: I was doubtful, but this video workout is excellent. She's a clear and enthusiastic instructor, and it's nice that the workout is broken into three parts. I'd like to find another Kathy Ireland tape that is similar -- not interested in the "12 minute buns" or high-intensity aerobics. This workout is great for new and experienced exercise lovers. An outstanding value, with no need to purchase weights. All you need is a mat or towel and a sturdy chair. Good luck!

Summary: If you want a cut stomach...
Comments: This video is excellent! I'm only 16 years old and i play volleyball, so it is essential that i work out my abs for spiking and serving. Kathy has a 5-day workout plan that helps target every area on your stomach that you know and some you don't. If you have 10 minutes a day, I recommend that you buy this video and within weeks, you will start to see results! I think this would be excellent, not only for teenagers that need to strengthen their stomach area, but adults who just want to lose inches. This just targets the abs and is fairly hard for me to keep up with. I do not recommend this for beginners. Guys don't hesitate to buy this either. There are guys working out on this video also and they look like they are having a time keeping up, so it's not as easy as you might think.

Comments: This is an exercise tape that is not super athletic and is very good for older men and women as well as for everyone. I LOVE IT - I finish the program relaxed and feel that all muscles have been exercised. How about more low impact aerobics!

Summary: Better choices out there!
Comments: Kathy created this work-out for the intermediate to advanced exercisers and warns about this in her talk at the beginning of the tape. True intermediate to advanced exercisers have probably already found some better tapes for their routine - and if not, they should!
Kathy leads us through this work-out with 4 other cast members, one of which is her own mother who demonstrates an alternate version of easier moves for some of the exercises.
The work out starts out by Kathy teaching a series of steps that is to be used to keep the heart rate up in the cardio sections. These moves are then repeated at a faster pace several times in the work-out with weight lifting sections in between. The cardio routine is not done in time to the music and everyone seems to struggle with it - it just looks clumsy. Then everyone catches their breath, gulps down water and works with weights.
Kathy does give good tips on proper form which are beneficial if you have never worked out with weights. Her cast members help out by asking her questions about form through-out the work-out which she answers. This is nice the first time for those who need this information - by the time you are doing this work-out for the 20th time (which I didn't) you will likely be irritated. Kathy also encourages you to drink water through-out the work-out and does so herself several times. In this sense this work-out shows good and correct exercising practices. If you do not already know that you should keep yourself hydrated and that you should not bend the knee over the toe during lunges then you will indeed be enlightened. For the trully advanced exerciser this will not be news.
The work-out itself is very mediocre. There are TOO many better choices out there for serious fitness to waste time on this one. Unless you are a die-hard Kathy Ireland fan this will not be the best choice for you to do during your precious work-out time.

Summary: Kathy Ireland's Body Specifics/12 Min each...
Comments: I really like this exercise video. You really work those specific areas (abs, butt and thighs). After I had my son, it was hard getting those problem areas. I lost about 15lbs (along with eating right) with this exercise video. It's perfect for those people who don't like anything fast but effective. I seen results after a couple weeks. I recommend it.

Summary: Kathy Ireland's Reach- great stress buster
Comments: This video is one of the best I've ever owned, I wore my first copy out. It's a great workout to do after a long day at work. It relieves stress, and you feel wonderful after all the stretching. People of any fitness level will be able to do this video, and feel as if they've gotten a good workout. I've recommend it to friends who are seriously overweight, as well as friends who work out often.
