Kathy Smith Timesaver Shaper Ball Workout ASIN: B0000520HM
Customer's Rating: 4 Summary: To add fun to your workout try Kathy's Shaper Ball Workout
Comments: I have quite a few Kathy Smith videos and decided to give the Timesaver Shaper Ball Workout a try. What fun! Kathy knows how to talk you through every exercise move so you don't feel confused. The day after I used the Shaper Ball Workout, my thighs were sore, but in a good way. I'm pretty much a beginner since I'm not consistent with exercise. With this video, I've easily added it into a daily routine. Yeah, even after a long day at work and two teenagers to raise! I recommend this video to anyone who's looking to start an exercise program or just want to add some variety to their existing routine. As Kathy points out in her video, you can make the exercises more difficult just by how you position yourself on the ball and by adding more repetitions.

Zone - Body Sculpt Big Ball Workout ASIN: B00005QW8S
Customer's Rating: 1 Summary: I'm returning this video
Comments: This video is very calming and slow paced, so if that's what you're looking for, then buy it. I wanted total concentration on a really hard ab workout for the exercise ball and this woman is just too slow for me.

Zone - Fat Burning Big Ball Workout ASIN: B00005QW8Q
Customer's Rating: 1 Summary: This Tape Was Useless For Me
Comments: This video was useless! The problem I had with it was that her ball was much bigger than mine. I have a Bally's Total Fitness Ball which is 22". Her ball was at least 10" larger. For this reason, I could not do any of the exercises she was doing. While she sat on her ball, her behind was much higher than her knees allowing her to do all kinds of different leg movements. When I sat on my ball, my behind was about an equal distance to the floor from my knees. This made it impossible to do even 2 minutes of the tape. I kept taking my ball and blowing it up with air thinking I had the same size as her, but I didn't. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality of the exercise as everyone else has because I couldn't get that far. The beach background and instructor seemed pleasant, though. I just wish the box had said you need about a 30" ball to do the exercises. It was kind of like buying a workout tape where you need 10 lb barbells (not 3 lb dumb bells) and it doesn't tell you.

Exercise Ball Workout ASIN: 6304270224
Customer's Rating: 1 Summary: boring
Comments: I found this video to be extremely slow and boring. The set was really uprofessional as well. The pace was way too slow, and I really hated the use of the woman's child to illustrate the moves.

Balance Ball: Fitness for Abs ASIN: 6305895791
Customer's Rating: 4 Summary: Great after a long day at work
Comments: This is a great abs workout and very relaxing. The method involves lots of stretching and focusing on breathing. Lots of different exercises are introduced. Some are easy and some are more difficult. My mom says that there's no way she'll ever be able to do the move where you lie on your back with the ball between your feet and then put your feet and the ball over your head, but she can do all the other moves. Because there aren't many repetitions of each move, it doesn't seem like the workout is that hard, but I can definitely feel it later. This is not one of those ab workouts that will make you sweat or cry in pain, but it is still very effective though a little slow and long at times. An added bonus is all the stretching and relaxing over the ball which makes this a great workout for after work.

Paul Chek's Swiss Ball Exercises for Better Abs, Buns and Backs ASIN: B00004TQ18
Customer's Rating: 5 Summary: Swiss This...
Comments: This is the ultimate beginner to intermediate Swiss ball traing video. First the videos goes into detail on form and Paul gives an excellent explenation of the general exercise as well as the advanced positions for proper Swiss Ball training. After that, you watch and follow along while Paul counts the reps. You know the video works from day 1. One of Pauls seminars cost hundreds of dollars and you can attain this video for less than 20 bucks, sounds like a deal to me.

Paul Check's Swiss Ball Exercises for Athletes Vol 1 ASIN: B00004TQ19
Customer's Rating: 5 Summary: He's the best
Comments: I have bought the entire Paul Check physio-ball video series. I also have videos from other instructors and Paul's are by far the best. He knows the body so well and explains how and why to do things so you can understand. I feel scientifically grounded in my knowledge. I teach a weekly class on the physio-ball and have incorporated everything I learned from this and the first video (Exercises for Abs and Buns). Be ready for a challenging workout!

Paul Chek's Swiss Ball Exercises For Athletes Vol 2 ASIN: B00004TQ1A
Customer's Rating: 4 Summary: Review on Paul Chek's part 2
Comments: Paul Chek's Swiss Exercise video for Athlete's Part 2 is a content-rich walk through high-level exercises on this training device. My hope was to obtain a video which would be a good demonstration of techniques which were new to me or for new variations of standard physioball(swiss ball) activities. For this, I should have stayed with the first part of the video with the same title. No significantly new activities were shown in Part 2 which were not in Part 1. This being said, my bias is that I do have some familiarity with Mr. Chek and his teachings. Those unfamiliar with him and his methods should be pleasantly suprised at the variation of effective training possible. Finally, I enjoyed the backgrounds and the ability of the demonstrators, but the camera crew should have been more cognizant and remained out of view of each other. An otherwise professionally created video appears of lower quality from that alone.
