Summary: A GREAT Step Workout Tape
Comments: I have five workout tapes and this is my favorite. First, I've been working out for years, yet it left me soaking wet in sweat. (Beginners can lower the step or reduce the movements.) Second, it's got a warmup, 40 minutes of aerobics, abs and a stretch and cool down. Third, the music is not intrusive...just enough to keep a beat. Finally, Gilad is a great leader, easy to follow, and his voice is not irritating. I always get a big smile when he yells out, "You got da moves!"

Summary: Don't waste your money
Comments: This is not a good tape. The instructor fails even a basic stepper. The "advanced" instuctor works on a low step using hand weights incorrectly. Use Kathy Smiths tape to get a better, more informative work out. Smiths tape is good for all levels.

Summary: Kari Anderson delivers - again
Comments: Kari Anderson is easy to follow, staying one step ahead of you at all times. I liked this video because there wasn't a lot of jumping moves (although she does demonstrate a few jumps for an alternate, higher-intensity workout) or complicated choreography. Basically, Kari Anderson is a great instructor and she's becoming a permanent addition to my home exercise library. I only gave this 4 out of 5 stars because the set they used was very cheap and cheesy... If you can ignore that part and just keep your focus on the workout you'll do fine!

Summary: Awful!
Comments: This women is so irritating! "OH YEAH!"...She gives you no direction as to what she is doing she just does it and you're supposed to magically know and follow along.
I suppose if you watched it about 10 times you would be able to pick it up eventually but I couldn't even get through one time as I couldn't stand the instructor and wondered how she got this gig in the first place.
While the tape was inexpensive I still didn't think it was worth what I spent.

Summary: Simple Step, Great for Beginners
Comments: As far as getting a workout with this video, it could happen, but you have to get past the insturctor's voice. I could not. The routine was very simple and very predictable - 8 on the right and 8 on the left. It is very easy to follow. I was disappointed with it because I was looking for more complex choreography.
