Comments: Great workout video.One of my favorites.I saw results in just 2 weeks. My favorite part of the video that worked for me was the upper body exercise and leg work. You might have a hard time catching up at the begining but after a couple of workouts it will be a piece of cake. Hope you enjoy your workout as much as I did.

Comments: This is a great upper body workout! Each exercise is on a time limit rather than # of reps, so you can pace yourself to work up to the maximum. You will work chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, lats, and more! Very thorough. Tony is motivating, but not too annoying. There are two women in the video who don't say a word which is a plus in my book. Warm up and cool down included. I think the whole workout is 40min. Worth the money.

Summary: Sensible Ab Workout
Comments: Tony has put together many great videos. In this video, like his others, Tony has you warm-up, stretch, workout, cool-down, and stretch.
Tony will take you through 6 sets of ab crunches, one set of back extensions, and 2 sets of neck exercises. 4 of the ab crunches work the abs from the sides and 2 sets work them front on. The neck exercises are are a great add on for beginners. I notices I had a bit of a weak neck when I started working out, and Tony trys to help you avoid any injury so this is added to make sure all yor body parts used(or which incure pressure) are built up as you progress. I also talked to a chiropractor, and he said the best exercises for your back are mostly ab exercises with few back exercises. Tony trys to keep you blanced in his workouts.
The total workout time is around 24 minutes with warm-up and stretch.

Comments: This is one of the first exercise tapes I ever bought, I was skeptical about the ponytail wearing beefcake on the cover but it was on sale so I went for. I was taken aback at first by the super silly nut warm-up (think Jerry Lewis trying to do a rasta-man impression) but then I kind of warmed up to Tony, he comes across as kind of a goofball but when he is talking business and form he is all serious. For an absolute never worked out a day in my life beginner (I am 30) I felt warmth and encouragement from Tony and I still find this tape challenging as it appeals to all fitness levels. I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life and this tape was my beginning. If you are Mr or Ms workout and super serious this tape is not for you. If you can approach working out with a little humor and a smile, appreciate some warm encouragement and want to feel your buns and thighs burning, go for it... as Tony says "If you don't squeeze it, no one else will!" gotta love him for that.

Comments: This video was great. I used to do it with a friend in high school and now years later I purchased a used copy from Amazon and still love it. Yes, Tony is a bit annoying but I think that makes me work even harder. I have already noticed results from this video. It doesn't take a lot of coordination or space, which is great because I don't have either. Its fun, easy and a great workout. You'll feel it in the morning. I'm looking for an abs and arms video from Tony now.

Summary: Great Workout for Those Who Enjoy Working Out at Home
Comments: This workout is great for losing weight, building muscle, and stengthening the heart. I have been doing this tape for 9 months with huge benifits. I have lost 25 pounds and added about 10 pounds of muscle to my frame. My heart is in great shape - I have gone up 13 flights of stairs (no problem), and one time I had to shuttle loads of equipment up four stories.
You will sweat durring this video. I usually consume 2 quarts of water before durring and after doing this workout (many toxins only leave the body in sweat). This workout is also a great stress releaver whenever I hit hecktic times.
Tony is a bit crazy, but an exercise genius. You warm-up, streatch, workout, cooldown, and stretch. Total time 50 min. with about 35 minutes of exercise. Don't be fooled - if you challange yourself this workout will wear you out. You can use heavier weights and do your pushups with your feet on a chair or using pushup handles for an incresed challange.
Tony will educate you on the exercises, and there is a time clock for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I moved through the phases slow (once a month) knowing consistancy is the key (lifestyle - not a quick fix). He recomends doing this workout 3 times a week with 3 days cardio (I like Khi-Bae with Silk Manning).
If you prefer the gym, looking for a quick easy fix, or exercise is not your thing, maybe this video is not for you. I stop at the gym at work as a supplement, but I prefer total quiet and isolation when working out. You can develope an autopiolet when you do this workout video enough.
To do this video you will need to make a time slot for 50 minutes, and your family may laugh at you, but when they start to see your results they won't laugh any more.
